So far, the rulings they have issued open up the potential for this to quite literally drag on for years. This is not an exaggeration. I have no idea what they could be thinking.

They've got laws there and everything thing and the legal process is open to both Franken and Coleman. If Franken were behind by 225 votes would you just want him to concede? Probably not because the consensus would be that the election was stolen even though MN has an excellent nationwide reputation for their voting system and the highest voter turnout in the nation. It will be over when it is over and it is better to have Franken seated without question.
