Question for Michael Steele
Do Federal or Supreme Court judges have 'work' or 'jobs'?
What about the rest of permanently employed Federal employees?

1. It does explain why Bush never took his responsibilities seriously
Or any of them for that matter. Government service is not a real job! It's like an internship your rich daddy lines up for you so you can meet the celebrities and get free swag.

2. Oh C'mon, That's His B Material...
One day the term "Stupid As Steele" could be right up there with "I Like Ike"...this guy shows all the "best" elements of the "modern" repugnican...but of the wrong color.

So I assume that when he served as Lt. Gov., he technically wasn't employed. Maybe the fine folks of Maryland would like their money back. I guess his idea of a job involves a payoff to a family member

So if government doesn't create job, maybe he can explain the FEMA fuck-ups...or were those just "volunteers" as well?

This dude's only been RNC head for a week and already is providing comedy gold.

:hi:

6. Speaking of Eisenhower, I must wonder what Stupid thinks of
Edited on Tue Feb-10-09 08:20 AM by sarge43
Ike's 58 years of public service. As a five star he was on permanent active duty, except for the period when he was prez, a Repub prez.

Ah Steele, when you jam both feet in your pie hole, you will fall on your ass.

4. I work in the construction industry.
All the jobs I get are contract jobs and temporary. Right now I could use a contract for some temporary work. A contract here and a contract there and pretty soon you've got viable economy.

5. Now if you receive contracts from the private sector
those will be jobs, but sadly if they are from government, you're only 'getting' work. :D
