June 29th to July 5th, 2009

It's time to show the looting moochers who actually produces the wealth that they so glibly distribute.

I have chosen that week for a couple of reasons:

1) your kids should be out of school and 2) Saturday is July 4th.

If you are working, take your vacation during that week but do NOT spend money in any blue county.

If you can't take vacation, call in sick for that week (we'll call it the "red flu").

If you have to work, work no harder than the biggest loafer in your company.

If you are an employer and worried about your employees, know that there are two types: Those who will support you, and those who support making it impossible for you to provide them with a job. The first will understand, the second you shouldn't care about.

If you are a doctor or nurse and worried about your patients, realize that the looters are going to kill a lot more patients than you ever could during that week.

During that week, don't pay your bills. Don't pay your taxes. Don't spend money in blue counties.

This is the shot across the bow. If it doesn't work, then secession is the only alternative.

Seems to me it was after Kerry lost that some study came out showing that more tax dollars are paid by the blues states, while more taxes go to support the red ones.

What is it going to take on DU to get people to understand that most CITIES are blue - regardless of the state - and most RURAL AREAS are red - regardless of the state. And, to answer your question - it wasn't that blue states PRODUCED more, it was that they contribute more in TAXES. Basically, it means there are more of you in the blue states, which makes sense since you have more cities with lots of people and we have more rural areas that... this is going in a circle.

for health care providers to put patients at risk. Most nurses will not strike because they will not risk compromising patient care. The other option is that they give plenty of notice of a strike and make sure agency nurses staff the patient care areas. The last couple of days in June and the first few in July are very busy where I work because our fiscal year ends June 30, so we are trying to get as many projects signed as possible. And you know, having a job in this economy is a good thing, so I don't think that I'll slow down to the speed of the biggest goof-off, primarily because even after 13 years here, I haven't identified one - we all work damned hard. Maybe I can show those looting moochers another week? Oh, forgot to ask - what looting moochers would we be talking about specifically?
