Look for Franken to be seated in the 2012-2014 time frame.

6. Here's a clue to think on: MN has a legal process that must play out until its finish.

Neither the Republican governor or the Democratic secretary of state will sign off on anything until the legal process is over and a winner is determined. This judicial process is open to both Coleman and Franken. If Franken had been the one behind by 225 votes would people here expect him to simply concede the election or would they expect him to fight for it? I realize that many relish the opportunity to call Democrats "spineless", but why not give it a rest until this process is finished. When Franken is declared the winner it will be big news and nobody will have to ask on DU about the status of the election.

7. +1. Even though it's taking a long time, I am proud of Minnesota's process and it is clear to

everyone paying attention that Coleman's politics are drawing this out and depriving Minnesota of a voice in the Senate. He is wrecking his political future, for nothing.

in a House race, the Republican leader seated the representative before our process was done.

That was wrong.

But it can't be helping Franken to be receiving so little support from the supine Mr. Reid.

Just curious if they are getting tired and feel the recounts are being dragged on too long, or if they approve of the legal process.
