Republicans cant make fun of Obama for stuttering when they had a president who went 8 years without being able to correctly pronounce the word "nuclear". :eyes:

7. Actually, he's doing that much less than he used to, anyway.
He's learned to just pause instead of filling in with noise. Needs a little more work, but he's getting there.
