1. I'd sure like to see that myself

but my bet is that the majority of Congresscritters will not make an attempt to read even ten percent of it by the time they go to vote on it.

That's why we need a few million eyes to look into it first. The media just isn't up to the task, either.

2. I thought I heard on Washington Journal this morning

that they were going to post it and that the vote would not be until tomorrow so they'll have time to review it ( or more likely their staff will )

I keep checking Library of Congress but nothing yet...
