From ATC (Dash-8 accident): Descended to 2300', left heading 330, vectoring for the ILS....

...left heading 310, left turn to 260 to establish on the localizer, cleared for the ILS 23, contact tower 120.05. That was last transmission from 3407. Approach tried to establish contact and asked an aircraft in trail to look for a Dash-8. Another aircraft requested a continuous climb for icing.

...I didn't catch what altitude the aircraft was at. The Departure Procedure (Buf3.Buf) called for maintaining 10,000' or assigned altitude.
