15. I DID AN EXTENSIVE PROPERTY RECORDS SEARCH !!! HERE'S WHAT I FOUND (inside):

She and her son 'bought' a vacant lot in Fort Meyers (Lehigh), Lee County, FL in October 2001

The Developer required her to secure a "Construction Loan", i.e. "Mortgage", which she did from the Riverside Bank (perhaps through the developer) which would have been a 'wraparound mortgage' - a loan that would have covered the construction AND the lot.

However, the house was never built. As far as I could tell from an extensive search of the County Clerk's records, that lot was never developed to this day.

Henrietta and Corey Hughes SURRENDERED the mortgage for the house that was never built BACK to the Riverside Bank a year and a half later. Note on the pic I provide it does not say "IMPROVED PROPERTY", because the house was never built, and so the bank wasn't out any real money.

Here is a screenshot of the document where Henrietta and Corey Hughes surrender the mortgage for a <i>construction loan</I> for the vacant lot and the house that was never built back to the Bank of Riverside:

All the rest of the documents in the county clerk's records relate to returning the vacant lot back to the developers, and other legally necessary 'warranty deeds' and such....
