...simply refuse to be cut off and demand to finish what s/he is saying. Joe does that "Hannity thing" so well. It's in the authoritarian mindset I think...a part of their DNA? The very reason why Sean Hannity refuses to appear with Ed Schultz is that he knows that he couldn't pull that crap with Ed. Joe needs a taste of that, I think.
