2. Alan Greenspan not nearly high enough on the list either...
Phil Gramm is definitely at the top, though. GW(stupid as a stump) Bush* needs some votes to the top as well.

4. A crapload of people blamed Clinton...now that is funny.
Not like they didn't have COMPLETE CONTROL to do whatever the hell they wanted for 6 years to prevent his "mistake" from destroying our economy...fucking insane.

5. Some of them got off a little easier
because "stupid and greedy" and "just plain delusional" are a little different from "just plain evil."

I pretty much agree with the list as it is, although I do think Clinton is getting off easier than he should. He should never have rubberstamped all the shit Gramm was sending him. He needed to make them override his veto.
