Republicans just want to piss on the process. They have no ideas.

They're upset that it's expensive. They're upset that it will increase the debt. They're upset that it wasn't bipartisan enough. They're upset that it was done too quickly and there wasn't enough time to read the whole thing.

But they haven't actually given any of their ideas as what to do about the problem. All they have is negativity. They are a party of no solutions.
