Wouldn't actually taxing people at progressive rates balance the budget in little to no time?

with China. It's not this little jobs plan.

2. how about taxing Big Oil
they are about the only ones who have been consistently making historic profits, yes, they might have had a bad quater or two but over the entire year-windfall profits come to mind.
