9. I had a cat named Sugarbear!

Part blue-tip Siamese, he was, we suspected, but certainly not pure bred. Had that deep Siamese meow, and he loved his own meow in the hallway, where it echoed. Got him when I was 12 or so, and he died an old cat, when I was well into my 20's. He walked like John Wayne, with a sideways shift. I miss him to this day.

Your Sugarbear is beautiful! Those eyes, like emeralds!
