9. Obama has given the Republicans enough rope to hang themselves.
He gave them more than enough chances to do the right thing.
They refused, so now they are going down, big time.

The Psychic Consortium, months before the election,
correctly predicted the Obama win.

10. Why? Because he got his bill passed and is in the process of undoing a lot of Bush's bad policies?
Or the fact that his approval ratings are spectacular? Yeah, I suppose McCain and the other irrelevant fuckwits that comprise what's left of the dying Republican party would say that.

Suck on it, McCain.

11. So very predictable. Yawn.
Every time Obama has a success, they will scream he's doing a terrible job. And every time they scream, they move that much closer to irrelevancy.

13. Paraphrasing Dubya,
"The purposes of the Obama Administration should not be doubted. The just demands of the people of the United States will be met - or action will be unavoidable. And a political party that has lost its legitimacy will also lose its power."

20. McCain is such
an angry man and I can't say I blame him having been through what he has in his life but how very disturbing because during the campaign he was all jokes and smiles it just seems to me this is truly who he is. Not to mention everything he thinks about the economy is 100% wrong.

21. Not so fast -- you may be missing the big picture
I surf all of the mainstream media "news" channels to see what they are selling to their viewers.

Don't discount the Republicans as being totally stupid. They are getting a disproportionate share of the media coverage, so their message is being heard more frequently. Over time, this can start to influence the very group that helped put Obama into office -- the disgruntled Republicans, conservative Democrats and Independents.

Fox noise has perfected the art of repeating their mantra over and over until their viewers can parrot the "proper" responses.

Obama's administration should be very astute to this potential problem and make sure they get their message out on a regular basis thru a variety of sources so that the corporate "news" is forced to cover the Obama/Democratic Party perspective in this so called "liberal" news.

Don't let the Republicans shape the news!

24. Not to worry, it seems the American people can detect BS when subjected to it...
Obama is:

*providing strong leadership for the country -- 80%

*handling foreign policy -- 76%

*dealing with the economy -- 72%

*handling policies on terrorism -- 68%

*choosing his Cabinet -- 61%

*overall approval rating -- 76%

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2009/02/13/poll-trouble-signs-for-obama-picks-over-cabinet/

Even with the deceptive header, CNN couldn't hide the facts. Obama is doing just fine, actually better than fine!

19. Hey McCain--if ANYONE cared what you thought
we'd be calling YOU Mr. President.
Now sit down and shut the fuck up.
YOUR state is in shambles because of the subprime mortgage mess. Go home and tell YOUR state that you won't accept the money because YOU are a principled man. I fucking DARE you to do that because YOUR state has a lot to gain simply on the $8k tax credit for ALL OF THOSE NEW homes that are sitting empty. I surmise to say that your state will profit a lot from this stimulus. It's a fucking good thing that YOU didn't get to be the decider here.

27. Does that old lizard never shut up?
I hope everyone remembers how much energy was spent working around rushublicans, stepping over the heaping-dung piles of their disastrous policies in order to begin to repair the nearly endless damage they inflicted on our nation -- and John McCain was right there, adding to the heap his fiscally dangerous (deadly, as it turns out) deregulation policies, along with pallin around with professional blamers (you whiners, you terrorists, etc), so he can STFU.
