Which sounds ludicrous on the surface, but given the crap that the Green Brothers were spreading when she left Air America, one can't blame her for covering her ass in that respect. As far as what the actual situation is with Randi and where she'll turn up next, who knows?? Dial Global? They seem to be the only option left, aside from streaming from her station in Palm Beach.

For Nova M's part, it would appear that they're moving on, for better or worse.

I would imagine XM would stick with her, as they did when she moved from Air America to Nova M. XM just got their America Left lineup stabilized, after being screwed up for months with partial shows, trying to fit everything in. They aren't going to want to change anything else if they don't have to.

Creditors may oust Sirius XM chief

Sirius XM Radio's chief executive may lose his job if the company chooses to file for bankruptcy protection.

A group of creditors tells The Wall Street Journal that it will seek the removal of CEO Mel Karmazin if the company chooses bankruptcy over a deal with an investor that would allow it to remain solvent.

"Creditors will act quickly and definitively if they perceive that management is acting in their own interest and not in the best interest of the estate," Edward Weisfelner, a partner with Brown Rudnick, the law firm representing the creditor group, told the newspaper. "The board of directors should carefully consider the ramifications."

The company is reportedly meeting this weekend to determine a course of action, with a final decision expected as early as Monday.

A message from Randi that we shouldn't believe what anyone is saying. I glanced at it briefly, but I was in a rush and can't remember now exactly what it said.

30. Listening to Nancy on the WJNO feed, Randi's home station in Florida,

Nancy is still saying "Nancy Skinner, in for Randi". So this is not permanent? In listening to the feed from the Phoenix progressive station it's different. Different hour maybe?

I remember listening to Nancy when she was in Chicago on the weekends paired up with some guy I can't remember. It was a pretty good show that was relegated to the weekends because the rest of time the powerhouse station was just nothing but right wing hacks. And still is I think. I was surprised to hear she was leaving radio to run for office since it seems like she could have a lot more influence as a broadcaster than a long shot at office.

I'll give her a chance. It seems she might be better paired up with someone else, or a sidekick. She can't replace Randi because no one can replace Randi, for better or worse.
