1. I Don't Get Ed Schultz, Can You Report On This? |
|
I'm curious. That Minnesota recount is waaaay out of control. Makes me nervous.

2. He says that technically, he is the Senator-Elect. |
|
Al says that Coleman has a right to contest a lost election, but that he's confident that he will be sworn in eventually. No definitive time.
Al spoke about current issues such as the stimulus. He's traveling around Minnesota talking to mayors and citizens.
He sounded much more upbeat than he did a few weeks ago.

3. Sounds like he's putting his free time to good use! |
|
Pretty smart man. He'll make a good senator...someday. He's got far more integrity than John Cornyn.

4. The other senator from Minnesota, whose name escapes me now, was |
|
on Rachel Maddow last night and she appeared to be confident that Al would be sworn in and seated by the middle of April at the longest and hoped it would be sooner after Coleman runs out of legal options. She said the recount was really thorough and she doesn't doubt that Al is the winner.
