There are a couple of Bush/Cheney Republican criminals directly related to WellCare's frauds-former Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services Tommy Thompson, and the guy Tommy placed in charge of the Center for Medicaid/Medicare Service(CMS)in May 2001, Reuben Jose King-Shaw Jr. King-Shaw Jr. later partnered with Jonathan Bush (Riggs Bank) as well as being CEO of WellCare.
