For those of you who don't remember, I hated Stockman with a passion in the 80s as he was the one who decided if you cut taxes on the rich, the benefits will trickle down to the poor.

(even he admitted it didn't work...not that Bush et al listened.)

Anyway, now he's charged with covering up the dire financial condition of his company to keep stocks high...where have we seen that before?
