Dear President Obama, regarding these GOP Governors who say "No" to stimulus $$

please call there bluff. Announce that any governor who says that they don't want the money there wishes will be respected and send the money to states that do want it and are appreciative for the help. As for those governors who don't want it then let them answer to the voters of there states.

I've heard Sanford (SC), Piyush Jindal (LA) and Perry (TX). Anyone else want to refuse the money? A lot of people in Michigan, New York and Florida would be happy to take that money and those jobs.
