He takes current fluff issues (A-rod, Octomom, etc...) and makes them about the stimulus....amazingly uncreative. This one was supposed to be about the ramaging chimp shot dead the other day.
Pretty sad. He either didn't think this one through or he thought he was so clever it would go over everyone's head.
Really not well thought out...but there really is no good excuse in this one.
