Has anyone else seen Barack Obama's infomercial for home loan modification?

President Obama opens the program and introduces it - it is titled "Crisis in America". Other presenters then come on and talk about how folks can take steps to get their mortgages altered through a loan modification process, and provides a helpline number. That number is:
1-800-610-2396
There is no way to know if this is truly legit, other than the president introducing it at the beginning.

3. Upon further review, I looked at the fine print...

at the beginning of the piece it says:
"Provided by the Obama-Biden Transition project under (unclear)Commons Attribution 3.0 License http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/ No endorsement by the Obama-Biden Transition Project is implied or suggested.

Then at the end, it says: james M. Parsa and the Parsa Law group PLC.........are licensed by the State Bars of california and Nevada and do not provide legal services in any other state. Neither...James M Parsa or...make ant guarantee, warranty, or predictions regarding the outcome of your matter...blah blah blah..

So it seems that the implied unimplied statement of this commercial is that it is developed by the Obama team. But it's not.

So......
