Why are Republicans still trying to destroy America?

The past eight years of Republican rule put us in the deepest hold since the Great Depression.

Obama and the Dems are trying to dig us out of that hole. But the Republicans (and Blue Dog Democrats) are doing everything possible to block him.

Why? If Obama fails, America fails. And if American fails, we all might as well pack it in.

The answer to why the Republicans are trying obstruct everything is simple. They want Obama to fail so they can return to power. But what these knuckle-dragging cretins have not yet figured out is: power over what? A wasteland???

Even for Republican voters who don't read or watch or listen to anything other than Fox News and Rush Limbaugh, you'd think that at some point an ounce of common sense would filter through their kool-aid induced haze. Will they never understand how they're screwing themselves?

And as for the Republican politicians who are obstructing everything that Obama is trying to do to save America, there is only one possible conclusion that can be reached. They're insane.

1. Why does a chimp rip a woman's face off?

It's in the nature of chimpanzees to savagely attack and mutilate anything. Especially people who are trying to befriend it.

For the record, and you might as well cross-stitch this and mount it on your wall, human beings are basically violent creatures. Many people pretend they aren't, but they're liars.

If you provide an excuse for a person to be violent, and give them license to be violent (as Fox does) they will. And you will be praised for it, and possibly financially rewarded.

Heck, look at some of the people here on DU who are promoting the return of Communism to replace the capitalism they hate. They're exercising the same love of violence. They're all vicious, uncurable lunatics. Or, to make the sentence clearer, they're all HUMAN.
