I have not heard if that suspect was in the US legally or not. The suspect is currently serving prison time and once released it is standard practice to deport aliens that have been convicted of a felony. That is true even if the alien was in the country legally.

I would expect Lou fucking Dobbs to jump on this in tonight's show. He hates to see O'Rielly beat him to air with any story that can be twisted around his favorite subject.
