It's only a tiny fraction of the stimulus $$ that he is talking about refusing.

I think this has a very great potential to backfire on the gov. When Louisianans inevitably have financial difficulty later in the year, they'll blame him and what's he going to say? That his big refusal was all braggadocio bullshit? That his "honor" actually came pretty cheap?
