9. I betcha if someone of Reagan-esque charisma were giving the response...
she/they would have made a point of seeing/hearing the response. So I think it comes to the same end conclusion, to wit: "who the fuck is jindal?"

It's almost like the anti-2004-DNC moment. No-one - pro, or con - left that convention saying to themselves "who the fuck is Obama?".
