At least, I thought he hit it squarely. If the Repubs continue to obstruct, I think they will end up with even less support than they currently have.

My Repub congressman replied to a request that I made for him to support the President. He explained that he had to oppose the Stimulus because "the American people" deserved real accountability over how their tax dollars were spent. Duh...like they have for the last 8 years since the final surplus of Clinton's presidency? I really don't think this congressman knows that we had an election in November and "the American people" wanted a complete change of direction.
