A humble suggestion for the stimulus

Do what Boosh did in Baghdad. Fly a plane with palettes of hundred dollar bills around the country. Stop at various cities and take a palette to the center of town and have National Guard troops hand out bricks of hunnerts to the passersby.
I would nominate a small midwestern city to start. Perhaps one with a university surrounded by the richest farmland in the world in the state with the first presidential candidate contest.
