Why is Tweety's "oh God" comment such a crime?

Ditto on the 'thrill up my leg' line.

Where was the MSM hand-wringing, for instance, when Hannity was doing his "only ____ days until we re-elect George W. Bush" bit on FOX television practically every night throughout 2004?

Tweety's a commentator. Why is it that expressing a left-leaning opinion is so outrageous for him to do, But guys on the right (Beck, Hannity, etc) can speak their mind and it's completely acceptable?

Why are rightwing commentators accepted as opinion leaders, but left-leaning ones are labeled as unprofessional and biased?

before he uttered a single word. I don't know what he meant by the "oh god" but can be interpreted as commenting on Jindal's appearance which can be interpreted as bigoted.

and half of it is, because they have to know, it is offending our progressive sense of fairness. They get away with everything and we get into trouble over everything. It's not fair. This is another difference, we have consciences, and do feel sorry for things and will apologize. They never do. They don't have a conscience, they lie and deny culpability to the death, and never say they are sorry. They just never stop lying. I'm so sick of it. They will probably make Chris cry and feel real bad, threaten his position, maybe even fire him, make him beg, snivel, and plead, then fire him, but they will bully, mock and condescend and pull the parental authority of being so offend and shocked, the righteous indignation the feign so well. Ya, Chris is going to the woodshed. He'll be properly brought to heel. Meanwhile, those blabbermouth asshats like Beck and Savage will defile the air waves with bigotry and divisiveness with complete impunity. This is where I leave a chain of swear words.

Yet the nutjobs have seen fit to tar both him and Keith (by his mere presence at the time) with that one. As for Keith, they have plenty of other things to attack him with. The one time he went to a TV convention, held up a Bill O'Reilly mask and did a Nazi salute, they raised holy hell.

Just last night, Keith was joking with Craig Crawford about why he's not into the whole Twitter thing, saying that he "dearly loves" David Gregory but has no interest in hearing whether David just ate a bagel or something like that. I'm just waiting to see how the ever-vigilant anti-Keith wingnuts are going to take that and twist it into "Last night Keith Olbermann made a blatantly anti-Semitic remark against his colleague for which he should be fired. He made a snide remark about not wanting to read a tweet from David Gregory that Gregory just ate a bagel, which is clearly a snide remark about Gregory's Jewish heritage." Of course, he might have said the same thing about not caring about whether Tweety just ate a bagel, or not caring whether Gregory just ate a cheese Danish, but no matter. *sigh*

In the meantime, they can say ANYTHING and get away with it. They can display a bias and get away with it. They can make fun of Michael J. Fox's shaking and get away with it. They can call anyone a Nazi or a traitor and get away with it. The standards are different for them.
