what is in stimulus?

Could someone help me out with a link to a simple breakdown of the stimulus help? I was thinking there was some sort of a tax credit for seniors in there. My 80 year old mother just had her taxes done and was wanting to know about that. I don't know what things take effect immediately and what things will apply to this tax year. I understand unemployment benefits will not have federal taxes on them this year but that doesn't help us much as most of ours were in last year. We will have about $7000.00 in unemployment benefits from last year will will be taxed on and things are worse now for us with no jobs at all and no unemployment at all so I am worried to death about having a big tax bill due this year. (We also cashed in some retirement money so that will also be taxed and penalized.)
