1. It's a little hard to do when you're 2000 miles away.
Maybe you should do it for me.

6. This made me so mad
So many people act as though the conflict is Iraq is over and Afghanistan is not really a big issue. These military people will live with the consequences of George Bush and his cohorts' lies for the rest of their lives. I will never forgive the people who got us into this conflict.

9. It really stings to see how the loyalty of these folks to their units and country has been abused.

11. Just like many people still live with the consequencs
of Lyndon Johnson and his cohorts lies for the rest of their lives. I will never forgive the people who got us into that conflict.

7. Thanks for posting this, yellowwood!
And thank you mods, for removing whatever trash from trashy people that has been posted in response to this thread. People need to see the human impact of our government's policies so that they are a little more hesitant to make the same poor decisions again. I don't think Obama would ever make such a mistake but I think it is good for all of us to see what happens when we go to war. Oprah also did a good show yesterday about the human impact of our current financial crisis. She is doing important work right now. Thanks again for sharing this with us, yellowwood!

children, but since her audience likes be to spoken to that way, I think it's terrific when she brings important topics like this to her show.

10. I think she's not going to continue her show a whole lot longer, and once she came out for Obama
she probably decided to make a splash with the time left for her show:)

If ONLY she had gotten into Election fraud back in 2001.. Her show was a perfect platform to have all the information to come out on, and to get a large , broad audience, and back then she was quite non-partisan.. each "side" could have claimed she was on their side:)

12. Her sponsors, who probably supported the Bush selection, probably wouldn't stand for that. nt
