Chick-Fil-A Mascot Attacked In Fredericksburg, VA (with eye-popping video)

Comic relief. Apparently, there's not much news to report on in Fredericksburg. The news report video (at link) is a must-see.

Being a mascot for Chick-fil-A is a form of employment not without risks, according to the Fredericksburg, VA police blotter. A man working as the Chick-fil-A 'cow' at a local outpost of the restaurant chain was attacked during his shift, making him the victim of, as the report put it, "a bovine beat-down."

The victim, dressed as a cow, was standing outside the restaurant when he was approached by a man who yelled at him and pushed him to the ground, according to a release by Fredericksburg Police Department spokeswoman Natatia Bledsoe.
She said when another man intervened, the assailant ran away.

The victim could not give a description of the attacker, Bledsoe said.

i would also have no problem with those donating korans, or other important texts to a library (school or otherwise).

at a minimum, it's an important historical text, and considering its influence is a "must have" for any library.

a library having bibles, korans, torahs, etc. is not a violation of the seperation clause and in no way suggests the govt/school district endorses the viewpoint(s) of the text.

also, as a piece of literature, there is some beautiful poetry in the KJV imo.

one can appreciate it without subscribing to the truth/mythology aspect of the text.
