Does anyone know where to get a transcript of House banking hearing of Bernanke, Feb. 25th?

C-SPAN offers only video, though I figure it must generate closed-caption text.

Otherwise I find only the Federal News Service, which is basically a wire service and they don't even tell you how much it costs, you have to negotiate a minimum one-year contract!
