New Repug Talking Point - "Punishing Success".......
President Obama is going to raise taxes on those making over $250,000. The Repugs call it "Punishing Success". Listen up cause we'll be hearing this for a long time. Soon all of them will be saying "Obama is raising taxes on the wealthy. He's punishing success." or "Obama is penalizing success cause he's going to make them pay for all the Dems sins."

1. I don't think it would be wise of them to point fingers at any sins.

2. They've been saying that for years....
Nothing new at all. They got nothing new. Even their talking points are recycled.

3. Success at that level has been based on being a crook
basically fucking other people over and relying on the Republican meme of greed being good resonating over the masses...instead of investing wealth in society, concentrate it on personal status and hope to join the oligarchs and keep with the meme of subduing the masses.

4. Taxes are NOT a punishment.
They pay for the very system by which the rich get rich. Period.

7. How is that new? They've been whining about this shit since they were born.
There are two kinds of Republicans. Those who think "success" is having been born into daddy's money and if you dare take a penny of it away, you're punishing their "sucesss" of birth. Then there are the other types for whom such success is a lofty pipe dream that keeps them feeling warm and fuzzy at night when they come home from their minimum wage jobs. They're even more terrified of being "punished" for this fantasy success that will someday be bestowed upon them when the world realizes what important useful people they are.

13. One, taxes are not a punishment. Two, they are not successful,
they are LUCKY and should be so grateful that they want to pay their effin' taxes

If they are successful because they are so much better than other people, then why do they want to flaunt it so much?
