the tax cuts the people will get are rigged and they will have to pay for them in april 2010.
In other words, like bush's 600.00 it was taxed the following april. It was just a loan on you tax refund. I dont know if this is true or not.

A tax cut is different from a rebate. A rebate is taxable; a tax cut (where you just pay in less taxes in the first place) is not. I'm seeing "tax cut."
