Because if they are I think they are just wasting a lot of fuel with their big war games in the Gulf. The Iranians are not going to capitulate. Saddam capitulated and Bush sent him to the gallows and turned Iraq into a scene of a new Mad Max movie.
Bring the boats home Chimpy. You are wasting your time. There won't be no flowers or dancing in the streets waiting for you in Iran.
