ADD and DU
Am I the only one who does this? You click on a link to a thread because the title is just so intriguing, and then it takes a moment before the page comes up, and then when the thread is there in front of you, you don't even read it but instead return to the index to find another thread to click on and not read?

I have noticed myself doing this and just wondered if anyone else does it too.

Why do we do it? ADD?

4. I understand and I ignore every thread that does not have a descriptive subject, particularly those
that say such things as "Did you know?"

5. Yeah, but that's a perfect example
When I'm at the index and I see "Did you know" part of me goes "what? did I know what??? what are they talking about???" and then I click on it and by the time I get there, *especially* if it's one of those server-busy days where it takes more than a split-second to get there, my curiousity has totally subsided and been replaced by curiousity about another thread title that I noticed just after I clicked on the link. So, when I arrive at the thread, I will often click right back out without even reading it.

I'm really thinking this is the very definition of ADD!

8.  One thing I'm guilty of .....

When I click on a title that looks interesting and then the thread opens up and then I see many lines of text without even as much as a paragraph break I usually say the hell with it and go back to the main page.
