Cochran just said that it looks like * will have to veto the Iraq bill to stop it.
Does that mean he knows the Republics don't have the votes to stop the bill?

2. That was Cochran's amendment, which was about pullout dates.
I don't think the full bill has been voted on.

Senate GOP will not block Iraq bill -- Vote on amendment to strip withdrawal as early as Tuesday
