2. Please God, stop the insane ones. Please DU, call your Senators and ask
them to support Jim Webb's bill preventing the President from attacking Teheran.

6. Thanks for this, GregD. I am already saddened thinking about what Bush is probably going to end up
doing to their country. I try to point out to Rightwingers, who point to President Ahmadinejad and have the impression that all Iranians are like him, that the world looks to Bush as the face of U.S. and he certainly is not representative of us!

9. Recommend
sending this to anyone in your network. This made the rounds earlier this year, and I sent it out to many people who had no idea of the beauty there. It is terribly important to personalize the people of Iran in order to stem the hate this administration fosters. Thank you for posting this. K & R

10. Yeah...
Some day when all this is over, I'd like to go there - once we're rid of Bush and they're rid of their whackjobs.

17. I lived there in 1970-71
It was and is an amazing place. I attended 7th grade in the Tehran American School. I got to go swimming in the Caspian Sea, go with my family to Mt. Damavad, and stay in a rural village for a week. We still have lots of relatives there. I just hope Pres. Dipwad and his minions don't blow the place to hell.
