My sisters believe every word Bush or any other republican says. They believe all of our problems today are caused by liberal democrats. My 88-year-old mother has given up discussing politics with them.

know to try and figure out why they believe what they do. I have come to this conclusion. They believe the bull shit definition of liberals and Dems that the right wing noise machine puts out. Even when I can prove to them that the ideas are mostly myths they still want to hang on to them. Then the believe what the noise machine says about all the other things. They have a need to have some authority tell them what to think. They are incapable of coming to a conclusion on their own.
