4. I'm not watching but I have had the misfortune of coming across

his bloviating on the radio dial. It was as enjoyable as using sand paper instead of Charmin. I imagine it is no better on tv in living color either.

The pResident does NOT have unleashed authority re appointments. It's quite simple, Art. II. The advice and consent of Congress is necessary.

They seem to COMPLETELY miss the fundamental constitutional issue about what this administration is attempting to violate which has me befuddled.

6. I was watching the Judiciary Committee hearing

on CSPAN, Sen. Leahy Chairman, and FBI Director Robert Mueller on the hot seat, when I saw your post.

Switched to CNN and instead of Larry King saw a breaking news story about PRESCHOOL children being held hostage on a bus by a gunman or gunmen in the Philippines!!

Made ME start screaming at the TV, for sure, for a different reason I guess than the OP....

Has the whole world gone completely off its hinges?? PRESCHOOLERS, ages three to five, they said, being held at gunpoint on a bus for some time now, apparently! Not being given anything to eat or drink ... they must be petrified! This is just INSANE!
