Media Player 11? I stupidly upgraded from the version I understood. My house is only 1,100 square feet, so I am an okay guy and would appreciate some help.

1. If you attempt to burn a CD you should be prompted to erase

2. There's a thought. I will try that. In the prior version there was a
little eraser icon.

asking what you want to do

5. Try cross-posting in the Computer Help and Support group.

Also, you can "google" your problem and maybe pick up some information from Microsoft public forums or C/Net.

Just a suggestion... wish I could help you but I can't.

In peace,
