Here is how we get out of Iraq: we pass a law stating that all future |

references to the Iraq War get marked with an asterisk as in: "The Iraq War* ended in 2007 when US troops were withdrawn." The asterisk will be used to indicate that the Iraq War* was never officially declared, therefore it does not count against the record. It's like a pre-season baseball game. That way, no one can say that the US ever lost a war because the Iraq War* doesn't count as an official war!

Thats the single advantage of Congress abrogating its constitutional responsibility. If we never declare a war we will never lose one.
