Jelly Bean Bush at the State Department

One of the most revolting things I've seen these past fews
years is a large (about four feet high) portrait of Shrub
that's been hanging in the display window of a snack counter
at Department of State Headquarters in D.C.

What makes the portrait (more) sickening is that it is made
out of jelly beans!  Imagine how long it took for some deluded
a-hole to put THAT together.

Not to mention that for a government facility it is HIGHLY
inappropriate.
