New Poll: Obama and McCain neck and neck |

According to this poll 44% would vote for John McCain and 44% would vote for Barack Obama

28% would "definitely" vote for Obama 21% would "definitely" vote for McCain
37% would "definitely" vote against Obama 34% would "definitely" vote against McCain
The only candidate running who has more people who would definitely vote for him than against is Rudy Guiliani.
By contrast Hillary Clinton is lagging behind McCain 48-41 percent according to the same pollster.

besides I'll post other results when they are released of all the candidates. Presumably one of the matchups will be the eventual one--not that it mean anything this far out. Of course, if most polls are to be believed at this stage the next president will be Rudy Guiliani.
