Poll question: Spooky ...they start a UFO website, then it crashes
Crashed Campbell in Paris
THE first official government website in the world to document UFO sightings has collapsed under a stampede by the public to gain access.

The National Centre for Space Studies, the French equivalent of Nasa, opened the website on Thursday, unveiling an archive of documents about hundreds of unidentified flying object sightings in France over the past 50 years.

Such was the excitement and scramble to pick through this treasure trove that the website was overloaded and “crashed”.

The archive includes photographs, police records of interviews with witnesses and even video recordings.

It covers cases ranging from the obviously ludicrous — there are numerous sightings of little green men — to several that have stumped even the mostskepticall scientists.

1. by UFO do you mean alien spacecraft?
Because that's not really what is meant by "Unidentified Flying Object."

Without a doubt, people have seen flying objects that they were unable to identify.

3. I saw it briefly
It's all in French, so the next time I have time to look I'll have to mess with Babelfish or somthing. Unfortunately, it was horribly slow and took forever to get around, and there do not appear to be photos associated with reports.
