Regarding DOJ docs released, communication re: USAtty-gate
Hypothetically, what if the DOJ/WH people who were involved in the USAtty firings, what if they had a private blog/message board somewhere, similar to DU, where they could communicate about the USAtty issue -- first, is this conceivable, and second, would such communciations (postings) be subject to the House request for emails/documents?

What if they used a message board, say on one of those RNC-held domains, to communicate?

2. In the link you provided, someone says that the gwb43.com mail
can be requested and investigated by Congress because the server is in the U.S.

When this first broke about the gwb43.com, I was looking around and found a server in Canada that caught my attention (will try to find it again).

But it all poses this question - Echelon. Can any of us use a server in another country?

If yes, consider Echelon. Participants are U.S., U.K., Canada, New Zealnd, and Australia. One of the things they do is use satellites to spy on each other FOR each other. The U.S. can spy on British citizens to get around rules that would prohibit U.K. authorites spying on their own.

If e-mail is subject to subpoenas and investigation by Congress because the server is in the U.S., is the same true if gwb43 had used a server in Canada?

If yes, why wouldn't they have used a server in Canada?
