6. Do electric scooters count?

I just purchased a 500 watt electric scooter for bopping around town. I'm disabled so I can't do a lot of walking but I hate starting the engine of my car just to get a few things at the store. And I'm not quite ready for the "hover-round" crowd yet ;) . It's certainly not for the highway, I'd be roadkill in a New York minute but it will suit my needs for local transportation.

I'm thinking of starting a gang, "purgatory's angels". What do you think? :)
