5. And welfare is too generous

because there a couple of welfare queens driving caddies to pick up their checks. Somehow it's older veterans' fault that newer veterans are getting bad care.

Some guy getting some free preparation H is not causing rats and mold in the hospitals. Not causing a shortage of physical therapists near vets' home towns.

The Democrats will fix this, anyway. Universal health care will take care of all our hemorrhoids, not just the ones attached to VietNam vets.
