13. Jehan Sadat is a very underrated lady, imho.

When Anwar Sadat was President and making peace with Begin, she was out in the rural areas and teaching women about family planning! She was as indefatigable as him. She won my respect in those days ... big time. Anwar Sadat is, IMHO, one of the HEROES of the 20th century.
