For every situation there is a stupid but effective slogan.
I'm the decider. Fight them over there, etc. The calling of our generation. War critics embolden the enemy. Support the troops. Finish the job. Cut and run. A plan for victory.

It has to be real stupid, and it has to fit on a bumpersticker.

I am always slack jawed with amazement at the power of stupid slogans. What are some of your least loved stupid slogans?

12. I just saw that one the other day.
It was on the back of an old bat's car.

Normally, I don't call old people "bats," but since she was a Bushie, well...

2. "Fighting them over there so we won't have to fight them here."
A perennial favorite, including it's expanded version by Curt Weldon: "We either fight them there, or we fight them in the supermarkets and streets here."

I agree with Weldon. I've had run-ins with some pretty shady characters in my supermarket. I mean, how many Fabreze Duos air freshener refills does one person need?

3. I fought them for a parking space at walmart.
And I was victorious too dammit, I didn't cut and run.

4. Walmart? That's their home territory!
You're lucky you weren't kidnapped, stuffed in the boot of a car, and held for ransom!

"Hand over all your cheap Chinese goods or we'll air-condition you!!"

Oh wait, those are Walmart employees....

6. Ya gotta be ruthless
Myself, I've left a lot of "collateral damage" <wink wink> in the frozen food aisle. I see the ladies cooking little taste samplers on their grills and the next thing you know, carnage. But I'm proud to do it for my country!

And let's face it, it's you or the free sample ladies, take no prisoners.

8. The greatest threat our nation has ever faced
By god, Weldon was right! Why don't more people share our insight?

I say if they aren't with us they're agin us. Terrorists and their sympathizers will never graze freely in MY supermarket's deli section.
